Can-Am west Carriers provides a wide range of opportunities within our Tri Axle / Quad Axle Division for company drivers, offering plenty of scheduled home time. While all divisions are based out of Abbotsford, British Columbia, we offer flexibility for residency location.

Position Highlights – Tri Axle Division

• CANADA ONLY
• The run consists of general freight moving between Alberta and British Columbia on Tri Axle Flat Deck or Step Deck trailers.
• The run offers home time just about every weekend for 1.5 to 2 days.
• The run is attractive because of the home time and you only run in Canada, but you need to be prepared to work hard.

Position Highlights – Quad Axle Division

• International Trucking – Border Crossing Required
• The run consists of general freight moving between Alberta, British Columbia, and the Pacific North West United States on Quad Axle Flat Deck trailers.
• The run offers home time just about every weekend for 1.5 to 2 days.
• The run is attractive because of the weekend home time, but you need to be prepared to work hard!

Candidate Profile

• A valid class 1 license or equivalent.
• Driver must have minimum 6 months of verifiable experience.
• Long Haul experience preferred, although a combination of short haul and long haul experience will be considered.
• A positive attitude and dedication to hard work!
• No more than 2 moving violations on abstract or Commercial Vehicle Operators Report.
• No preventable accidents in the prior 12 months.
